Mui Ne...

Stay at Mui Ne sailing club for 3 weeks was truly fantastic. The luxury of the resort being easily compared if not superior to Clud med standart made the time there fly by as if it was only 3 days.

Mui Ne is a small resort village located on south east coast of Vietnam, it lays exactly between Ho Chin Minh and Nha Trang, about 6h bus drive from each of those cities.

You can find there a range of accomodations ranging from 20 - 450US per night. Place is truly fantastic the only downer is, it happens to be a holiday destination for rich Russians. In most places you can easily comunicate either in English or Russian.

The main atraction there is definetly a beatifull beach, however if you do not like the view of kites and surfers stay far away from it, as when the wind picks up the beach sky becomes fully covered by beatifull ozone, carabinha, north and other kites and you will be forced to leave a sea and seat and watch from your armchair amazing evolutions on the boards ridden by both local and international kitesurfer dudes. In the high season starting November to February the place becomes a true Kitesurfers Mecca with cross shore winds above 25 Knott.

Taking advantage of it I have taken lesons and at the end earned a title of IKO 3 certified kiter. Claudine who became my cute beach girl and my starting and landind assistant has earned the title of pro Kitesurfing assistant as she became an expert in all types of landing and starting challenges often saving me from all bunch of emergency landing situations.

To sum up we spent all that time enjoing being lazy, we took one trip to local market and enjoyed fantastic Asian cusine, drinks in the pool, walks along a beach and our favorite night activity "star
watching".

It was hard to leave the place...and hit a road once again
